Greg, Founding Partner of LSI Construction, began working in the construction industry in the
1978 and became licensed in 1983. He is very involved in every aspect of the operation of the
company and takes great pride in helping clients see their dreams become realities. He
oversees all business operations as well as the overall construction management process to
ensure that all day to day operations meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.

Greg manages all pre-construction services of budgets, estimating, sales, preliminary plan design and moving on to project manager during construction. “After more than 36 years in the industry, there is still nothing more satisfying than overcoming the challenges presented to me and bringing my clients’ visions to reality.” Greg jumps at the chance to try something new for a client, no matter the obstacles he may go through to accomplish making their vision come to reality, and is considered a perfectionist or
you could say, precise and detailed at managing the work of subcontractors through the
construction process. When he is not working, Greg enjoys time spent with wife, Jacqueline, and their children and
grandchildren.
